摘要
通过应用TPR等方法研究了制备方法、焙烧温度和助剂氧化铈含量等对催化剂还原性质、吸附性能的影响 .结果表明分步浸渍法制备的催化剂活性中心比一步共浸渍法制备的催化剂的活性中心数量多 ;助剂氧化铈含量变化的催化剂中Ce含量为 1%时 ,催化剂的活性中心最多 ;共浸渍的催化剂中 ,加入助剂镁以后 ,使金属易于还原 ,加入助剂铈后 。
The alumina supported Ir catalysts were prepared by on e- step co-impregnation method and two-step-wet impregnation method. The TPD techni ques were used for characterizing the influences of the preparation methods, of the calcination temperature and of CeO 2 content on the catalyst reduction and absorption property. It is found that we could give more active centre by two-st ep wet impregnation mathod than one-step coimpregnation; the most active centr e of CeO 2 content 1.2%; and when joined in Mg, noble metal was prone to reduct ion; but when joined in Ce, noble metal was hardly reduced.
