摘要 借助神经网络技术对遗传算法中的后代个体的繁殖进行了研究 ,介绍了基于神经网络的遗传繁殖新策略 ,探讨了基于神经网络的遗传繁殖策略的实现 ,对基于神经网络的繁殖策略还进行了初步实验。数值实验结果表明 ,提出的基于神经网络的遗传繁殖策略能产生优良的后代个体。 A novel strategy for generating the offspring based on multilayer neural network was proposed for genetic algorithms. Multilayer neural network was adopted to map the relationship between the parents and corresponding elite offspring due to the powerful mapping capability. The concept of the genetic strategy based on multilayer neural network was introduced at first, and the implementation was discussed then. The numerical experiments were given to evaluate the performance of multilayer neural network based genetic strategy finally. The numerical results show that the genetic strategy has the high probability to generate the better offspring.
