摘要
探讨了利用热色液晶 (ThermochromicLiquidCrystals ,TLC)测量流体温度场的新技术 ,并运用此技术测定了搅拌槽中流体的温度分布以及温度边界层。文中给出了甘油的温度场分布以及聚丙烯酰胺 (PAM)水溶液的温度边界层的实验测量结果与讨论。液晶测温技术运用了数字图片处理系统 ,是一种快速、准确的温度测量方法 ,能够较好地描述搅拌槽内的流体混合及传热过程。
A novel technique for measurement of temperature field was studied by using thermochromic liquid crystals. The technique was applied to measure the temperature distribution and temperature boundary layer of liquid in a stirred tank. Some of the experimental results with glycerin and PAM aqueous as the tested liquids were presented in this paper. The liquid crystal thermographic technique coupling with a digital image processing system provides a rapid and accurate method for temperature measurement. It is useful to describe the mixing and heat transport processes of liquid in stirred vessels.
