摘要
用于汽车高档粉末涂料的甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯类丙烯酸树脂可以将甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸丁酯、甲基丙烯酸 2 羟乙酯四种单体采用传统的自由基溶液聚合方法合成。通过研究获得了最佳合成工艺 ,包括引发剂、溶剂、加料方式、聚合时间和后处理方法。对影响树脂性能的指标如共聚组成、分子量及分子量分布、软化点、玻璃化转变温度、环氧值、挥发份等各种因素 ,采用GPC、DSC等分析方法及其它化学方法进行了详细分析表征。
The superior glycidyl methacrylate(GMA) type acrylic resin for automobile can be prepared by the conventional free radical solution polymerization, using methyl methacrylate(MMA), ethyl acrylate(EA), GMA, and hydroxyethyl methacrylate(HEMA) as monomers. An optimal synthesis technology was obtained, including initiator, solvent, temperature, feeding method, polymerization time and post treatment method. Various factors influencing the characteristics of the resin, e.g., copolymer composition, molecular weight and its distribution, softening point, glass transition temperature, epoxy value, and volatile content, were analyzed in detail by various analytical methods, e.g., GPC, DSC, as well as chemical methods.
