摘要
介绍了利用原发电子与氢分子碰撞产生的等离子体在满足阈值发生雪崩效应时 ,将等离子体作为脉冲大电流的载体 ,实现了对脉冲大电流的通导。对具体实验的设置、实施时的主要细节等进行了量化分析研究。该装置大大优于传统的开关器件 ,具有使用寿命长、高频率的开关动作及工作稳定性好等特点 ,可作为高标准用途的有效控制开关。
By the collision of primary electrons having effective energy with hydrogen molecules, when the plasma produced reaches the threshold value resulting in the avalanche effect, the plasma can be regarded as the carrier of a large pulse current, and the conduction of a large pulse current is achieved. Quantitative analysis was conducted for the specific installation and the experiment in details. The said unit is better than other conventional switch gears, with a long performance life, high switch action frequency and good stability, etc. Thus, it can be regarded as an effective control switch for high demands.
