摘要 根据EPR法设计研制了不锈钢晶间腐蚀检测仪。硬件共分为CPU模块、ADDA模块、键盘 -显示模块以及恒电位电路四大模块 ,各模块通过系统总线交换信息。检测仪的软件采用C5 1语言和汇编语言混合编写。所研制的检测仪性能稳定、操作简便 ,适合于不锈钢晶间腐蚀倾向的快速、定量的无损检测 ,一次测量可得到ir、Qr、Qr/Qa 和ir/ia The electrochemical potentiokinetic reactivation (EPR) stainless steel intergranular corrosion (IGC) detector was developed. It was designed on the basis of MCS 51 single chip microcomputer technique. The hardware of the detector can be divided into four parts, CPU module, ADDA module, keyboard displayer module and potentiostatic circuit module. Information between modules can exchange through the system bus. The software of the detector was edited on C51 language and assembly language. It was well structured and modular. The EPR stainless steel IGC detector can give four criteria, i r ,Q r ,i r/i a and Q r/Q a. The tendency to IGC of the stainless steels, 304, 304L, 316L, 321, was measured. The results showed the EPR stainless steel IGC detector was suitable for rapid, quantitative and nondestructive detection of the tendency to IGC of stainless steel.
