摘要
多亚甲基多苯基多胺是多苯基甲烷多异氰酸脂 (MDI)的中间体。MDI由于其良好的性能和广泛的用途 ,近几年发展迅速 ,多亚甲基多苯基多胺的制造是MDI制造过程的关键。通过对大量实验数据进行分析 ,根据多亚甲基多苯基多胺反应过程的反应机理 ,导出了产品多胺含量的影响因素 ,建立了多胺反应的数学模型 。
Polymethylene polyphenyl polyamine is an intermediate product of polymethylene polyphenyl polyisocyanate (MDI). MDI have good property and wide usage range.The manufacture of polymethylene polyphenyl polyisocyanate is a key process in MDI manufacture process. From the large number of experiment data and the reaction mechanism of polymethylene polyphenyl ployamine's reaction process. The relationship among diamine content (y), Formaldehyde/aniline (x) and hydrochloric acid/aniline (z) is as follow: Y=(a + bx +cx 2) (d + ez)For the batch condensation: a=0 3252, b=4 864, c=-7 951, d=63 5466,e=16 5584. For the continuous condensation: a=1 7889, b=-2 4974,c=1 4871, d=59 3268, e=18 9108. According to the mathematical model, using successive quadratic promgramming (SQP) optimization method. The optimal operation parameter is obtained.
