摘要
探讨了产量要求不确定单产品周期间歇过程的最优化。通过分段积分的方法 ,解决了柔度的最优化问题 ,从而改进了现有的模型。同时通过一种改进的模拟退火算法的应用 ,解决了离散化设计尺寸的优化问题。同原模型相比 ,新模型更容易求解 ,并且不需要在固定柔度下求解 。
The problem of optimal design of single-product campaign batch processes with uncertain product demands is proposed To optimize the process flexibility a present formulation is improved by introducing a representation of integral by segments. To optimize the equipment, which takes discrete volume, a stochastic solution procedure via an improved simulated annealing algorithm is presented.Compared to the original fomulation, new fomulation is easier to solve and can directly get the optimal solution without fixing the process flexibility.
