摘要
系统相边界的精确测定 ,特别是复杂的金属系统相边界的测定较为困难 ,并要考虑其测定误差。热分析技术是测定金属固 -液系统相图的一种有效方法。铂 -银二组元金属系统就是较复杂的金属系统的一个典型例子。不仅二组分在固相部分互溶 ,而且在相图中还出现“转熔点”。本文中 ,以铂 -银系统为例 ,介绍了二组元金属系统热分析实验过程的计算机模拟 ,演示了如何从热分析实验得到该系统的相图 ,研制了相应的多媒体辅助教学课件 ,该课件具有真实。
The careful determination of phase boundaries, particularly in complicated metallic systems, is quite difficult and requires considerable effort. One method that has proved useful for phase determination of metallic systems is the technique of thermal analysis. The Pt Ag system is an example of this limited solubility for both components. The Pt Ag system in which partial miscibility occurs involves a "transition point". In this paper, the computer simulation for the thermal analysis experiment of binary metal system is realized. Demonstration of how thermal analysis can be used determine a phase diagram of this system. The MCAI ware of this experiment has been developed. The MCAI ware is actual, audio visual, and universal.
