摘要
采用TiCl4 气固相同晶取代法合成Ti ZSM 5分子筛 ,研究了后处理温度对Ti ZSM 5分子筛中载钛量的影响 ,发现分子筛的载钛量随后处理温度的升高而增大 ,并存在一线性关系 ,该分子筛催化苯乙烯 /H2 O2 反应的活性在载钛量为 1.6 % (后处理温度为 5 0 0℃ )时出现最大 ;用IR ,XPS ,UV Vis ,XRD等方法对Ti ZSM 5分子筛进行了表征 ,发现IR光谱在 970cm-1处吸收峰强度并不与分子筛载钛量成线性关系 ;XPS ,UV
The effect of the after treatment temperature on titanium content in Ti ZSM 5, which were prepared by the secondary synthesis (namely the gas solid isomorphous substitution between TiCl 4 and HZSM 5), was studied. It was found that the titanium content in Ti ZSM 5 rose with the increase of the after treatment temperature in a linear relation, but the catalytic activity of Ti ZSM 5 in the oxidation of styrene reached the maximum value when the titanium content was 1.6mol% in Ti ZSM 5 which was after treated at 500℃. Ti ZSM 5 was characterized by FT IR, XPS, UV Vis and XRD methods, it was found that the intensity of the adsorption peaks at 970cm -1 did not have a linear relation with the titanium content of Ti ZSM 5. And at the same time, a few part of extra framework titanium of the Ti ZSM 5 were detected by XPS and UV Vis.
