摘要
以 2 ,6 二溴甲基吡啶及 2 ,5 二氯甲基噻吩分别与对甲基苯磺酰胺进行缩合反应得到新的大环化合物 1,9,17,2 5 四对甲基苯磺酰基大环多胺 { [32 ] Py4 N4 Ts4 }与 1,8,15 ,2 2 四对甲基苯磺酰基大环化合物 { [2 8] Th4 N4 Ts4 }。其中 [32 ] Py4 N4 Ts4 在浓硫酸中脱去四个对甲基苯磺酰基后又得到新的大环多胺化合物 [32 ] Py4 N4 H4 ,并由紫外吸收光谱测定出其与Cu(Ⅱ )配合的配位比为 1∶2 。
Condensation of 2,6 dibromomethyl pyridine or 2,5 dichloromethyl thiophene with sodium salt of tosylamine gave two new macrocyclic compounds, 1,9,17,25 tetratosyl macrocyclic polyamine{ Py 4N 4Ts 4} and 1,8,15,22 tetratosyl macrocyclic compound{ Th 4N 4Ts 4}. Detosylation of 1,9,17,25 tetratosy macrocyclic polyamine with concentrated H 2SO 4 produced macrocyclic polyamine { Py 4N 4H 4}. Complexation of Py 4N 4H 4 with Cu(Ⅱ) was determinated by UV spectrometer. The experiment results showed that the coordination ratio of ligand and Cu(Ⅱ) ion was 1∶2, forming a binuclear complex.
