Synthesis of Glycerol Triacetate Catalyzed by Phosphyotungstic Acid

以磷钨酸为催化剂 ,对冰醋酸与甘油的酯化反应进行了研究。考察了催化剂用量、酸醇比和带水剂对酯化反应的影响 ,探讨其最佳反应条件为 :催化剂用量为反应物质量的 3 .8% ,油浴温度为 135℃ 15 5℃ ,反应时间7h ,酯收率达 84.6 %

Phosphyotungstic acid was used as the catalyst for preparation of glycerol triacetate. The optimum reaction conditions are as follows:mass ratio of catalyst to reactant 3.8%, reaction temperature(oil bath) 135℃~155℃, reaction time 7h. Under the optimum reaction conditions the yield was up to 84.6% and the catalyst was reusable.
