摘要
糖精钠在碳酸钠介质中可形成具有强荧光特性的荧光配合物 ,据此可在荧光光度计上测定饮料中糖精钠含量 ,同时对分析最佳条件进行了探讨。其结果为 :汇源苹果汁中糖精钠含量为 0 .0 4 6μg/ m L,方法的线性范围为 0— 5 0μg/ m L ,平均回收率为 87.5 % ,相对标准偏差≤ 3.68%
o \|Sufobenzoic acid imide(Na) reacts with sodium carbonate to form the fluorescent complex which has strong fluorescent characteristic. o \|Sufobenzoic acid imide(Na) was determined with fluorophotometer. The concentration of o \|sufobenzoic acid imide(Na) in huiyuan apple syrup is 0.046μg/mL .The average recovery is 87.5% and the relative standard deviation is less than 3.68%.The method has high sensitivity and selectivity.
