以 10 m L 0 .5 mol/ L盐酸为溶剂 ,微波溶解卟啉环中的镁离子 ,原子吸收法间接测定了植物叶片中的叶绿素平均含量。方法的回收率为 98.5 % ,RSD为 2 .4 6%

A sample preparation method was established for replacement magnesium ion from chlorophyll with the acid of microwave.The samples of leaflet were treatd first by water twice for 10s,then by 10mL 0.5mol/L HCl for 10s.The average content of chlorophyll in leaf could be indirectly determined by atomic absorption spectrophotometry.The recovery is 98.5%,and RSD is 2.46%.
