摘要
本文研究了在 Mn( )存在下新试剂二安替比林对碘苯基甲烷 (DAp IM)与 Cr( )反应生成桔红色配合物 ,λmax为 4 88nm,表观摩尔吸收系数 ε=2 .0 5× 10 5L.mol-1.cm-1,Cr( )含量在 0— 8.0 μg/ 2 5 m L范围内符合比耳定律 ,线性回归方程为 A=0 .0 2 65 +0 .141C(μg/ 2 5 m L) ,r=0 .9974 ,方法用于电镀废水中铬的测定 。
A highly sensitive spectrophotometric method has been developed for the determination of chromium (Ⅵ) with DApIM in the presence of Mn(Ⅱ).Cr(Ⅵ) reacts with DApIM to form an orange\|red complex in phosphoric acid medium.The molar absorptivity is 2.05×10 5L·mol -1 ·cm -1 at 488nm.Beer's law is obeyed in the ragne of 0-8.0μg/25mL for Cr(Ⅵ).The method has been applied to the determination of chromium(Ⅵ) in electroplating waste solution with satisfactory results.
