脉冲筛板塔三相萃取棉仁一步获得棉油和无毒粕(Ⅰ)——脉冲振幅、频率和波形对萃取的影响

Three-phase Extraction of Cottonseed with Pulsed Sieve-plate Column and Obtaining Oil and Detoxified Meal Simultaneously (Ⅰ) ──Effect of Pulse Amplitude,Frequency and Form

根据塔安全操作曲线选择相应的总流量和脉冲强度 ,以棉籽为处理对象 ,对影响萃取效率的脉冲频率和脉冲振幅进行优化实验 ,发现 3 0mm振幅与对应的脉冲频率最有利于萃取 ,同时发现脉冲波形的变化 ,对萃取效率影响不大。

The paper researched pulse operation factors of the pulsed sieve-column.Results of experiment showed:(1)Keeping throughput and pulse intensity unchanged,matching of pulse amplitude and pulse frequency do great effect to extraction.(2)3 0 mm amplitude and corresponding frequency was found the best for extraction.(3)Wave form has little affecation to extraction.
