脉冲筛板塔三相萃取安全持液量的确定及对萃取的影响 被引量:2

摘要 在无萃取情况下研究了甲醇—石油醚体系安全操作范围 ,发现出现液泛时的持液量为30 % ,确定了安全操作曲线 ,认为安全操作的持液量为 2 4 % ;然后以棉仁为处理对象 ,依据安全操作曲线选择三组操作参数进行实际萃取 ,验证了操作曲线的可靠性并发现持液量对萃取效率影响的关系曲线。 The paper studied on safe operation curve of the column and relation between hold up and extraction efficiency.Results of experiment showed:1.Under without actual extraction,hold up value of flooding of column was about 30%,so 24% was proposed best value for actual operation and safe operation curve was obtained.2.Experiment whose parameters were chosen according to the curve proved that hold up value (24%)and the curve were efficient.3.The curve between hold up and extraction efficiency was the horizontal reverse form of 'S'(Fig.10)
