摘要
进口大豆水份、杂质含量低 ,而国产大豆含杂含水量高 ,要设计为多级清理、软化和干燥。要求在预处理工序将进浸出器的坯片厚度控制在 0 3mm~ 0 32mm ,水份≤ 9 5 % ,粉末度≤ 8% ,以达到良好的浸出脱溶效果 ,提高水化油的得率。
The imported soybean contains low moisture and impurities,and the local soybean contains high moisture and impurities.The multicleaning,conditioning and drying are specially designed.The soy flakes need controlled as 0 3 mm ~0 32 mm in thickness,less than 9 5% and 8% in moisture and powder respectively before they enter an extraction plant to gain an excellent extraction and de solventization result,to improve the oil yield in water de gumming.
