摘要
阐述了波形弹簧成形模曲面的确定及其数控加工程序的编制方法、加工工艺过程 .在简易数控铣床上 ,通过上位计算机的控制 ,利用数控机床RS2 32接口与计算机进行数据传输 ,实现了波形弹簧模具形面的在线加工 .为利用简易数控机床加工自由曲面提供了一条可行的途径 .
The paper expounds the method of design about wave spring curved surface,the processing NC program and its technological processing course.Under the control of computer,the method transmits data,and realizes on-line machining of wave spring mould by computer and RS232.Subsequently,the paper provides a practical way to solve the problem.
