老纺织企业空调制冷系统的改造

Reformation about the Refrigeration System of Air-conditoner in the Old Textile Enterprises

对老纺织企业制冷能量缺口较大、设备老化、系统存在供水量严重不足等问题进行了分析 ,提出了更新制冷设备 ,在原管网基础上加大送水管网直径、增加空调室喷嘴个数、增大回水地沟过水面积等改造措施 。

The problems of the severe shortage of cooling capacity and water-suppling capacity of system, ageing of plants in the old textile enterprises are pointed out and analysed in this paper. The reformation schemes of cooling plants and the lines of pipes (such as enlarging the diameter of water-suppling pipes, adding to the number of spray nozzles in the air-conditioner room, extending the flow capacity of backwater tunnel) are given. All of these have high effect in actual application.
