富硒速溶保健茶的研制

富硒速溶保健茶含有机硒和茶多酚 ,具有抗氧化和清除人体自由基因子的功能。其有机硒主要分子结构为硒代半胱氨酸 ,经胃饲人为构成免疫功能低下的小鼠模型 ,结果表明 ,本保健茶对小鼠模型的T细胞的表型(量) ,T细胞的增殖功能 ,NK(自然杀伤细胞)的肿瘤杀伤(肺) ,LAK(淋巴因子诱导的杀伤细胞)的抗肿瘤(肺)均具有明显的正向调节作用。

The health tea, containing organic selenium and tea polyphenols and being able to scavenge the free radical was studied. The most of organic selenium is believed to be selenocysteine. Immunodepressed mice induced was fed up with the health tea, lymphocyte transformation cytotoxicity of Nature Kill cells, lymphocyte subsets and the serum level of immunglobulin were observed. The results indicated that health tea could up regulated immine function in immunodepressed mice.
