摘要 把毛织物看成是具有内摩擦约束的弹性条 ,利用能量分析的方法对毛织物在折皱回复时的回复力与变形的关系进行了分析 ,通过简单的模型及公式将织物在回复过程中的重要性质表征出来 ,理论与实测结果基本吻合。 In this paper, an energy method has been applied to the study of crease recovery of woven fabrics. The structural complexity of the fabric geometry is neglected and the fabric is simplified as a strip. Simple rheological model consists of a linear elastic element and frictional element. The frictional restraint is proportional to the square root of the curvature of the fabric. Equations of the model for crease recovery are derived and used to calculate the crease recovery work and force by employing the bending rigidity and bending hysteresis measured in the pure bending test. The comparison of the experimental data with the theorical results for wool/polyester and wool fabrics demonstrates a good agreement.
