用FZ501毛纺细纱机纺中长及棉型纤维纱

Spinning mid-fibre yarns and cotton-type fibre yarns with FZ501 wool spinning frame

为了用FZ5 0 1毛纺细纱机纺中长纤维和棉型纤维纱 ,对其牵伸装置进行了分析 ,制定了“张力式双胶圈双区牵伸”的改造方案。通过与几种不同型号细纱机的纺纱质量对比表明 ,经牵伸改造的FZ5 0 1毛纺细纱机所纺中长纤维纱和棉型纤维纱的质量均与专纺中长纤维纱的A5 13MA细纱机的纺纱质量相近 ,纱线质量较好 ,取得了较理想的纺纱效果。

For spinning mid-fibre yarn and cotton-type fibre yarn with FZ501 wool spinning frams,we work out a transform plan wich is “two-zone draffting with tension draft in back draft field and double apron in front” by analyzed the draft system.After the plan is put into practice,we copare the quality of mid-fibre yarn and cotton-type fibre yarn which are spun by transformed FZ501 wool spinning frams with other different type spinning frams, the quality are all equivalent to quality of yarn which are produced by FA513 spinning frams special spinning mid-fibre yarn,we have achieved better satisfactory result.
