摘要
采用压缩试验方法 ,就合金元素对铸态锰钢的加工硬化性能的影响作了系统试验 ;试验结果表明 ,锰含量的降低 ,奥氏体的稳定性下降 ,因而铸态锰钢的加工硬化能力提高。适宜的N、Cr含量及N/Cr比使铸态锰钢的加工硬化能力显著提高 ,并对铸态锰钢的加工硬化机理作了重点分析探讨。
The effects of alloying elements on the work hardening ability of as cast manganese steels wre carried out by means of compressive tests. The experiment shows that the decrease of Mn in the steel results in lowering austenite stability, which may increase it's work hardening ability. The additions of N, Cr into the melt and a suitable N/Cr ratio resulted a significant enhancement of the work hardening ability. The mechanism of work hardening ability of as cast manganese steel was mainly analysed.
