摘要
溅射纳米晶 Cu-Cr合金涂层在 700-800℃纯氧和空气中氧化后均形成了单一的 Cr2O3膜,但两种气氛下生成的Cr2O3膜的形貌及合金的氧化增重不同,这主要与气氛中的氧分压不同及纳米晶Cr2O3膜的生长机制有关.
The oxidation behaviors of sputtered nanocrystallized Cu-Cr alloys at 700-800 degreesC in 0.1 MPa O-2 and air are studied. An exclusive chromia scales formed on Cu-40Cr alloy in both conditions, but the scale character and oxidation kinetics are obviously different, which are mainly related with the difference of oxygen pressure and growth mechanisms of nanocrystalline chromia scale.
