In recent years, China has been at the front of the world seamless steel tube industries in terms of total annual production volume. Just because of this and the fact that a lot of the－ state－ of－ art mills have been set up, further development of steel tube industry should be focused on the interchangeability of certain tubulars and economic benefit of investment.
