摘要
介绍并分析了 PR700/8冷弯机组生产方矩形管所存在的质量缺陷。实践证明，通过改进生产工艺可有效地解决方矩形管现有的质量问题，并能提高成材率及综合技术经济效益。
： The quality defects of the square/rectangular tubulars produced by the RP700/8 cold－ bending mill are described and analyzed. Relevant practice shows that with the manufacturing process improved the said quality defect problem can be solved economically, and the yield and comprehensive technical－ economic benefits enhanced.
