摘要
采用TG-DTA热分析法对铝箔轧制润滑油的物热性能进行了分析研究,结果表明轧制油在温度60℃时就开始挥发,80℃以上时挥发速度激剧增加,154℃时挥发量已达97.5%,少量油品在高温时发生热解。在175℃以下,轧制油的挥发是以液体蒸发为主的物理变化;而在175℃以上则是以氧化反应为主的热解反应。并依据TG、DTA热分析曲线科学地制定退火工艺,提高了产品质量和经济效益,取得到了良好的效果。
The thermal stability of foil rolling oil was studied by means of TG-DTA thermal analysis.The result showed that the volatilization of rolling oil occurred at 60℃ and increased dramatically above 80℃. The rolling oil lost 97.5% of its mass as temperature rising to 154℃ and few residual part was thermally decomposed above 154℃. The result also indicated the volatilization of rolling oil acted as physical change of evaporation under 175℃ and oxidizing thermal decomposition above 175℃. On the base of thermal analysis curves of TG-DTA, the annealing process were designed accurately in order to raise product quality and, got perfect economical benefit.
