摘要
对铝箔毛料纸芯套芯轴的偏心问题进行了误差分析,计算出了它对轧制张力的影响程度,对现有芯轴进行了受力分析,找到了造成现有芯轴定心不准、夹紧不可靠的根本原因,是它不能自动定心和不能自动补偿胀缩张力所致。提出了两种自动定心、自动补偿胀缩的芯轴方案,一种为弹簧式自动补偿芯轴方案,另一种为液压式自动补偿芯轴方案。两者都能显著改善板形质量,提高铝箔成材率,这在铝箔轧制生产中具有推广价值。
The aluminium foil breakdown roll with a paper core inside is often used in the production of foil rolling. For the first uncoiling, a special core shaft is adopted to fix aluminium roll. It is often appeared that the center axis of the roll can't coincide with that of uncoiler, and the core shaft can't fix the aluminium roll reliably. As a result, the waving of rolling strain, the bad flantness quality of aluminium foil, and the fracture of foil are apperared. On the basis of the overall analysis of above problems, a new core shaft design, which has the function of autoorientating and auto -compensating fixing stress is given out. It can improve the flatness and raise the production ratio of qualified foil remarkably.
