摘要
利用制粉→混料→罐装、真空抽气→热挤压工艺制备6066Al/SiCp复合材料,利用扫描电镜、拉伸试验等,研究了6066铝合金及 2—3μm增强 SiC颗粒含量(体积分数,下同)分别为 5%,7%,9%,12%时复合材料组织特征及力学性能。结果表明,细小的5%-7%的 SiC颗粒加入6066铝合金中大大提高该合金综合力学性能。当 SiC含量超过 9%后,SiC颗粒易聚集成团,强度无明显提高,伸长率下降。
Microstructure characteristic and mechanical properties of 6066A1/SiCp composites produced byspray powder→blending→canning+degassing→hot pressing process were studied. The microstructuralanalysis was performed using scanning electron microscopy, optical microscopy. It showed that 2-3μm SiC particulates gathered easily when the volume fraction of SiC reinforcing particulates present in the MMCs was up to 12%. The mechanical properties of 6066A1 could be significantly improved by the addition of 7% SiC particulates.
