摘要 建立了电火花成形加工的神经网络模型 ,应用其实现了指定加工条件下的工艺效果精确预测。在此基础上进一步建立了电火花成形加工参数的优选模型和优选系统 ,该系统充分结合了神经网络优化模型和工艺数据库各自的优点 ,可得到指定加工要求下机床能达到的最优加工参数组合 。 An artificial neural network (ANN) model was proposed to describe electrical discharge machining (EDM) process. The model can precisely predicate the process result under specified machining condition. Furthermore, by established a parameters optimization model, an optimization system of EDM has been established based on both ANN model and process database. The system absorbed the experience of experts as well. The parameters selection system resolves the contradiction between variable machining condition and limited machining parameters combination in the database, can mostly explore the ability of a machine.
