摘要
针对目前模具光整加工中难以实现高精度、高效率加工的实际问题 ,将电解加工、机械研磨及超声加工相复合 ,提出了一种新型的光整加工技术———电化学超精密研磨技术。此技术对模具型腔高效镜面加工的试验表明 :选配适当工艺参数进行光整加工 ,可以获得表面粗糙度Ra0 .0 2 5 μm镜面 ,效率较普通研磨提高 10倍以上。
It is still an important problem to polish surface of the mould box with high accuracy and removal rate. In order to solve this problem in mould polishing, a new polishing technology of electrolytic super precision grind that combines electrolysis machining, grind and ultrasonic machining is proposed in this paper. The experiments of polishing show that a surface whose roughness is R a 0.025μm can be achieved, and the removal rate is 10 times more than traditional grind by selecting the appropriate parameters.
