摘要
针对武钢冷轧厂 5机架连轧机二级控制过程计算机设定精度低 ,造成带钢头尾超差长度大 ,轧制不稳定等问题 ,对其轧制规范优化与自适应系统进行了研究 ,运用模糊数学和模糊模式识别方法对该系统进行了修正 。
In view of the low setting precision of level 2 process control, the over tolerance of strip head and tail,unstable rolling, etc , the rolling schedule optimization and self adapting system were researched After correcting the system by fuzzy pattern recognition and fuzzy mathematics,the setting precision was improved
