摘要
针对攀钢HC冷连轧机带钢轧制存在较严重的厚度超差问题 ,对轧制数学模型参数进行了优化 ,并进行了实际应用 ,薄带 (h≤ 0 6mm)超差率降低 2 5 4% ,中厚带钢 (h≥ 0 6mm)超差率降低 33 4%
To counter the problem of thickness over tolerance of strip,the mathematic model parameters of HC cold rolling mill were optimized The optimized results show that the rate of thickness over tolerance of h≤0 6mm and h≥0 6mm sheet went down by 25 4% and 33 4% respectively
