摘要
应用CuZnAl形状记忆合金的感温—驱动原理 ,制作了太阳尾随模拟装置 ,探讨了该系统中形状记忆合金弹簧的设计原理及方法。同时采用定量金相、电子探针、电阻法、X射线衍射等方法 ,研究了加入复合稀土及热处理工艺对CuZnAl形状记忆合金中马氏体稳定化的影响。实验结果表明 ,形状记忆合金弹簧材料的应力—应变曲线是非线性的 ,弹性模量等不是常数 ,而是随温度变化的 ,所以设计原理主要考虑温度的因素。
The temperature sensitivity-driving principles of CuZnAl shape memory alloys were used to produce sun-following simulating device. The design method of the shape memory alloy springs in the device was studied primarily. The methods of quantity metallograph, electron probe, electrical resistance and X-ray diffration were used to research the effects of composite rare earth addition and heat treatment process on the stabilization of martensite in CuZnAl shape memory alloys. The results show that the stress-strain curve of the shape memory alloys is not linear. The modulus of the alloy is not a constant. It changes with temperatures. So temperature is a main consideration in design. In addition the principles of preventing martensite stabilization were also discussed.
