摘要
应用三维流动过程计算机模拟软件,研究首都钢铁公司板坯连铸机结晶器内的钢液流动过程。在此基础上模拟计算三种水口倾角对流动形态的影响,确定出在现有水口插入深度和拉速情况下,向下30°的倾角是较合理的设计方案。
The velocity and temperatune field in continuous slab casting mould have been studied with the 3-D fluid flow and temperature modelling.The effects of nozzle angles on fluid flow are calculated, and the reasonable design in which the nozzle has 30° angle is obtained under the current conditions.
