摘要
用紫外光谱、荧光光谱研究了多种稀有金属离子与抗癌药物巯嘌呤 (mercaptopurine ,MP)、血清白蛋白的相互作用 ;并通过对它们之间的结合常数、结合位置数、作用力类型的研究 ,为稀有金属离子参与癌症治疗、抗癌药物的合成提供了有益的参考。
The interaction between various rare metals and anti cancer mercaptopurine (MP), serum albumin were studied by using spectral metho ds of UV-absorption and fluorescence. The useful consultation was offere d by determining the binding costant, the number of binding sites, the type of binding force for the syntheses and the treatment of anticancer with rare metal ion to participate.
