摘要
论述了并行工程方法在焊接生产线及夹具设计制造中的应用 ,提出了采用并行工程方法实施焊接生产线设计制造的新思路 ,达到了节约资金、缩短时间和减少失误的目的。同时着重对柔性焊接夹具的设计方法以及焊接生产线设计制造任务的调度进行了分析和研究。提出了利用基于夹具库的结构可调整型柔性夹具设计和实例推理进行夹具的方案设计 ,加快了夹具设计的速度 ,并提高了设计的合理性 ,缩短了焊接夹具的设计制造的周期 ,解决了基于并行工程环境下焊接夹具这一“瓶颈”问题。并分析了设计任务的调度策略 ,指出了科学的任务调度是并行工程环境下完成焊接生产线及夹具设计制造任务的关键之一。
The application of concurrent engineering for designing and manufacturing welding production lines and jigs was discussed, and a new idea for using concurrent engineering to design and manufacture welding production lines with reduced investment, time and error was proposed. The design method of flexible welding jigs and the task scheduling of welding production line design and manufacture were emphasized. It is aimed at the jig design scheme by using the design of flexible welding jigs based on jig-base, so that the design process of welding jig is speeded up, the rationality of the design is improved and the cycle of welding jig design and manufacture is shortened, thereby the bottleneck of jig welding based on the concurrent is solved engineering environment. The strategy of design task scheduling was analyzed, showing that scientific task scheduling is one of the keys to fullfill the task of designing welding production lines and jigs based on the concurrent engineering environment.
