摘要
从公法线平均长度计算式出发 ,讨论了测量公法线长度时卡尺的卡脚与齿廓的切点位于分度圆上的条件、跨测齿数的最佳值与极限值 ;介绍了变位齿轮公法线长度公式在切齿加工中的应用。
Proceeding from the formula of the mean length of the common normal,the paper discusses the requirements which should be met with when the tangential points between the feet of the caliper and the teeth profile are on the graduated circle while measuring the length of the common normal.The optimum value and the limit value of the spanning measure tooth number are also studied.It also introduces the application of the formula of the common normal length of the profile shifted gear to gear machining
