摘要
建立了摆动活齿传动重合度计算的啮合状态几何模型 ,提出了摆动活齿传动重合度的计算方法。采用该方法定量计算了摆动活齿传动的重合度 ,并结合该方法分析了摆动活齿传动各结构参数尺寸误差对重合度大小的影响。对丰富摆动活齿传动理论的实际应用具有积极意义。
In this paper, a new model and method are presented to calculate the Overlap ration of oscillator drives. Using this method, the formula has been deduced and the Overlap ration of oscillator drives has been obtained. The effect of the structure parameter error on overlap ration of oscillator drives is also given.
