摘要
综合论述了一台具有较高指向精度以及非传统结构的地面跟踪架的机电一体化设计方案。详细探讨了实现高指向精度所要考虑的一些具体问题,包括机械结构的设计、结构动态特性的设计、控制系统的设计等方面。尤其在控制系统,采用了高精度的运动控制器以及光纤陀螺,使系统能够在一个稳定的惯性空间进行测量、跟踪。实验证明,整个系统具有较高的指向精度。
Mechano-electronic integration design scheme Of a high precision positioner with unique structure is studied in this paper. The facts affect the position accuracy is discussed in detail. These facts include the mechanical structure design dynamic properties design control system design etc. We make use of high precision motion controller and fiber optic gyro in the control system so the whole system can work in a steady inertial space. From the test we can draw a conclusion that the performance of this system is very excellent and the position accuracy is high.
