摘要
用 X-射线荧光法测定聚酯切片中的锑、钛含量 ,绘出了锑、钛含量与射线强度关系的标准曲线 ,经对不同厂家生产的 3种聚酯切片重复测试 2 0次 ,其数据均在质量控制范围 。
X\|ray fluoroscopy(XRF) was applied to measure antimony and/or titanium content of polyester chip. The standard curves demonstrated the relationship between antimony and/or titanium content and beam intensity. Three types of polyester chips of different producers were repeatedly tested 20 times. The datum were within the range of quality control. XRF proved to be highly precision.
