摘要
本文介绍了一种制造误差检测装置设计原理与实现方法。该装置采用主从模式构建,充分结合PC机与单片机各自的功能和优势,能够完成零件尺寸误差计算机检测和统计分析,并自动生成分析报告、提出控制误差的建议。
This paper introduces the desingning principle and implementing method of a detecting device for manufac- ture deviation.The device,which has combined fully personal computer's predominance with Single-Chip microcomputer's can both measure work pieces' dimension deviation and carry ourt deviation statistical analysis .In addition ,it can generate deviation analysis report automatically ,and give some advice about how to control deviation.
