介绍了光成型技术的成型方法和现阶段的研究概况 ,重点介绍了提高加工精度和加工效率的技术手段 ;
The lithography method of stereo photo lithography and the general research recently are introduced in this article. Especially the technical means of improving machining precision and efficiency is mainly introduced; the development of Micro Stereo Photo Lithography Technology and the matter to be researched and solved are also briefly introduced.
