从安全的角度出发 ,介绍了连铸机1 3 7Cs钢水液位控制仪对γ源及敏感探测元件的选择、辐射防护结构设计以及设备的安装与保护措施等。生产实践证明 :1 3 7Cs钢水液位控制仪液位测量快速、准确 ,能适应现场工作环境 。

In the view of safety point, this paper introduces the 137 Cs molten steel level controller in Continuous Casting Machine at the choice of γ source, the design of structure of radioprotection and installment and protection of itself, etc. This controller has been used in production and proved that its measure of molten steel level is ecxpeditious and accurate, it can suit the circumstances on the spot and its structure is on the safe side.
