摘要
用水合肼 /双氧水 /硫酸亚铁体系合成了氢化羧基丁苯胶乳 ,进而制备了氢化羧基丁苯橡胶 (HXSBR),借助红外光谱和示差扫描量热仪表征了 HXSBR的微观结构及结晶状态。结果表明, HXSBR具有一定的结晶度 ,可作为一种热塑性弹性体 ,而且具有较好的力学性能和优良的耐热老化性能。
Hydrogenated carboxylated styrene - butadiene rubber(HXSBR) was prepared by hydrogenating carboxylated styrene - butadiene rubber latex with hydrazine hydrate - hydrogen peroxide - ferrous sulfate system. Microstructure and crystallinity of HXSBR were characterized by IR and DSC. The results showed that HXSBR was a kind of thermoplastic elastomer with good physical properties and excellent anti - thermoaging properties.
