大角度斜面激光切割加工的工艺研究

摘要 分析了大角度斜面激光切割的可行性和激光切割加工工艺。结果表明 :当激光功率为 12 6 0W、光斑直径为 0 .18mm、以 0 .0 8MPa的氧气作为辅助气体、切割速度为 1.4m min、使喷嘴离工件的距离保持在 0 .5mm~ 0 .8mm之间并选取适当的CNC程序直线插补步长 ,可以实现 6mm厚的 15Cr2 Mo1 钢大角度斜面的激光切割 。 In this paper, the feasibility and technology of laser cutti ng on the oblique plane with large-angle have been analyzed. The results show that the 6mm thick 15Cr 2Mo 1 steel of oblique plane with large-angle could be manufactured with laser if the laser power was set at 1260W, the spot size at 0 .18mm, the oxygen pressure at 0.08MPa, the cutting speed at 1.4m/min, while the distance between nozzle and workpiece was kept at 0.5mm-0.8mm and appropriate s teps of liner interpolation in CNC programs was taken. A better of laser cutting kerf can be obtained.
