摘要
用差示扫描量热仪、热重分析仪等研究了分离大豆蛋白粉的热性能 ,纯分离大豆蛋白粉在温度低于 200℃时是不可加工的;对甘油增塑的分离大豆蛋白粉进行了模压制片,测试了模压试样的力学性能,表明用甘油增塑分离大豆蛋白粉得到的是软而韧的似橡胶材料。
Soy protein isolates (SPI) made from soy proteins were studied. The protein is a biodegradable and natural polymer separated from defatted soy flour. Thermal properties of SPI were investigated using differential scanning calorimetry and thermogravimetric analysis. The stress-strain curve for a glycerine plasticized SPI was analyzed. Absence of a yield point in the curve indicated that SPI is a soft and tough polymer exhibiting rubber-like behaviour.
