陶瓷材料在砂水泥浆中浸蚀的研究

摘要 研究陶瓷材料在砂水泥浆中的浸蚀机理。为了研究陶瓷材料在开始时产生和扩展的表面波纹 ,在试验室内用砂水泥浆喷射浸蚀氧化铝、碳化硅、氮化铝—氧化铝—氧化硅陶瓷和氧化锆 4种工程陶瓷材料进行试验。陶瓷材料浸蚀机理包括塑性变形、断裂两个过程。用光学显微镜和扫描电镜观察研究 4种陶瓷材料表明用圆形的二氧化硅砂作浸蚀剂时 ,其主要的浸蚀机理是断裂。在碳化硅中断裂质点迁移 ,而在氧化锆、氮化铝—氧化铝—氧化硅陶瓷和氧化铝中具有脆性断裂形式同时伴随有刨削的延伸性形式。为了与脆性材料比较 。 Four engineering ceramic Materials, i.e.,alumina, reaction bonded Silicon carbide, sialon and PSZ Zirconia. Were eroded by a soli d-liquid slurry jet in laboratorg tests. The Erosion Mechanisms for these ceromic Materials involve both plastic deformaton and brittle qractare. Opticae and scanning electron microscopy inuestigations revealed that when rounded silic a sond was used as erodlnt, the predominant erosion mechanisms are fractured, an d fractured particaies are removecled in the casecq sic, while PSZ Zirconia, sia lon and alumina display beth the brittle mode of fracture together with the duct ile mode of polughing. To Compare with the ceramic materials and to gain a better understanding of ripple formation of materials, the ripple fo rmatie of a typical ductile metal, aluminum was also teste.
