NdFeB永磁合金电化学腐蚀行为研究

ELECTROCHEMICAL CORROSION BEHAVIOR OF NdFeB PERMANENT MAGNET ALLOYS

研究了三种不同成分的NdFeB合金在电解质溶液中的电化学特性以及添加元素、烧结气孔等因素的影响 ,结果表明 ,NdFeB合金在潮湿环境中的腐蚀形态类似于晶间腐蚀 ,实质为“相选择性腐蚀”。

The electrochemical property of NdFeB alloys with three different compositions in electrolytes and the effect of the added elements, sintering pores and other factrors were studied. The results show that the corrosion pattern of NdFeB in moist environment is seemingly similar to intergranular corrosion while in fact it is a phase selective corrosion.
